Founded in 1999 as a technology company, NHG entered the education sector in 2008. After nearly two decades, NHG has developed an education system comprising schools, universities and postgraduate programmes, serving nearly 100,000 learners.
From 2026, NHG has shifted from an operating company model to an investment group, focusing on three areas: Education, Healthcare and Technology. Education remains the Group’s core sector.
An education ecosystem from K-12 to higher education
At university level, the NHG system includes Hong Bang International University (HIU), Hoa Sen University (HSU), Gia Dinh University (GDU), Ba Ria-Vung Tau University (BVU) and MIT University Vietnam.
Its K-12 system includes North America International School (SNA), SNA Marianapolis International School, UK Academy and iSchool. SNA is an IB World School authorised to offer all three International Baccalaureate programmes: PYP, MYP and DP.
Across its schools and universities, NHG is also strengthening accreditation, international partnerships and industry engagement to broaden learning experiences and career opportunities for students.
Alongside the development of its education system, NHG is placing greater emphasis on the connection between academic programmes, technology and real-world workforce needs. On 30 October 2025, Nguyen Hoang Group and VNG Corporation signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement, focusing on technology applications and digital transformation in education and development.
A shared focus with IECEE 2026

The rapid development of AI and education technology is changing how schools deliver education, how learners access knowledge and how businesses contribute to workforce development. Against this backdrop, IECEE 2026 provides a platform for educational institutions, technology companies, experts, policymakers and international organisations to exchange perspectives on ongoing changes in education and emerging models of cooperation.

NHG as Diamond Sponsor of IECEE 2026
Nguyen Hoang Group’s role as Diamond Sponsor of IECEE 2026 is part of its broader efforts to connect education with businesses and workforce development. Most recently, on 15 July 2026 in Quy Nhon, NHG and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association signed a memorandum of understanding on training, workforce development and stronger connections between businesses and education, with the “10,000 CEOs Training Programme” as a key focus. The agreement aims to bring entrepreneurs into teaching, startup mentoring and student career development, reflecting the connection between education, technology and the labour market that IECEE 2026 seeks to promote.
